Leasing Professional - Omaha, NE
As a leasing professional, your role has a wide array of responsibilities with the ability of gaining invaluable business, sales and customer service experience. Daily responsibilities include: conduct tours of the apartment community; generate new leases; deliver timely and outstanding customer service to community residents; correspond with prospective residents; and play a role in resolving resident concerns and issues.
Maintenance Professional - Omaha, NE
In the role of maintenance professional, daily responsibilities include the maintenance of apartments: appliance, heating and cooling system repairs; routine plumbing and electrical work; upkeep of pools; and apartment remodels. Ideal candidates possess strong customer service skills and the ability to work with others on the maintenance and groundskeeping team.
