Over 50 years ago, Omaha natives Tom Fellman and Howard Kooper set out to change the area's rental housing landscape - because they believed their residents deserved something more.
Now, what started as a two-man partnership to develop, manage and syndicate real estate has grown into something bigger than either of them dared to imagine.
